CSA provides a registry and authentication system for canine sticks (Stïks). Our platform enables:

• Registration and authentication of Stïks
• Verification of ownership through serial numbers and codes
• Generation of Certificates of Pawthenticity
• Public registry browsing and leaderboard viewing
• Community engagement around premium canine stick ownership

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Stïk Claims and Ownership

Claiming Process

• You must possess a valid serial number and verification code to claim a Stïk
• Claims must be accurate and truthful
• Each Stïk may only be claimed by one owner at a time
• Fraudulent claims will result in account termination

Ownership Rights

• Registry entry does not constitute proof of physical ownership
• CSA is not responsible for disputes over physical Stïk ownership
• Certificates are for entertainment and commemorative purposes
• CSA does not guarantee any specific value or prestige

5. User Content

Content Guidelines

When uploading photos or information, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent or falsify Stïk information
• Spam or engage in fraudulent activities

Content Rights

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant CSA a license to display and distribute your content on the platform
• CSA may remove content that violates these terms

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or leaderboards

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the CSA platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CSA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The "Stïk" branding, "Certificate of Pawthenticity," and related trademarks are owned by CSA.

• We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on platform information
• Stïk "prestige" and "rankings" are purely for entertainment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Modifications
